We want you to feel completely confident when buying from us. Every coin and banknote in our store is photographed individually — you will always receive the exact item shown.

Please take the time to carefully inspect the photos and the condition of the coin or banknote before making your purchase, as you will receive the exact item shown in the photos.

Shipping

• Orders ship Monday to Thursday after payment confirmation.
• A tracking number and shipping photo will be emailed to you once your order ships.
• Customs fees or taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
• If your package is delayed, contact us, and we will help track it.
• Economy shipping: 14–30 days (approximate).

Express International Shipping: Up to 6 business days (+$45)

Returns & Cancellations

If you need to return an item, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email us with:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN), valid for 40 days.

How to Return Your Item

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Please pack securely to avoid damage in transit.
• A valid tracking number is required for all returns.
• Shipping costs (original and return) are non‑refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

A refund may not be approved if:

• The item is used, damaged, or altered
• The return was not authorized with a valid RAN
• No tracking number was provided
• The item arrives after the RAN expiration
